The project is a joint venture of Pushan International Co., Ltd, Mengdi Sichuang Co., Ltd. and Lu Siyou. It is a large-scale manufacturer specializing in providing children and adults with recreational cross-country sleds, alpine sleds, skis and bindings. The company has international-level equipment and rich professional experience. It is good at research, development and production of ski products, which are exported to Europe, Americas, Japan, etc. Its brands include 30-year-old SILENCE and 20-year-old M3 Companies LLC.

On February 23, 2018, the Management Committee signed a cooperation agreement with the representative of the project party. The project is expected to have a total investment of RMB 50 million, of which RMB 30 million will be invested in fixed assets. It will mainly produce American M3skis and HEADbindings. After the project is completed, it is estimated that an annual output of 200,000 sets of alpine skis, snowboards and snowboard bindings will be achieved. After the project is in production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB 200 million, driving employment of 120 people.
